Tax season can be a real drag, especially if your taxes are more complicated than average. Finding the right tax expert locally can be tough, and when you do decide to go with a tax service online, you are met with headaches. You have a hard time reaching your tax expert and after waiting weeks when the tax return does arrive, you never quite know if your taxes were done right.

This was our experience doing our taxes. We asked ourselves why tax experts dragged out tax preparation for weeks and avoided us again and again. We started thinking about whether we can provide a tax service that is simpler, faster, and personal, so others don’t have to experience this. And we succeeded.

In 2019, we assembled a team of certified tax professionals and launched our business to provide a simple tax filing process. We focused on providing a seamless tax filing and proactive tax planning experience for our clients. It turned out we were right— our clients loved it and we haven't looked back since.

We started TaxFrame to become the tax expert we wish we could have worked with. We thought about all of the aspects we hated about the current tax process: delays on deliverables, lack of confidence in the work, and no access to a tax expert. It turns out there was a better, more personalized way to handle taxes.
